AL Saraya Center welcomed Mr. Oliver Owcza, the representative of Germany in Palestine, accompanied by representatives of the GIZ last Tuesday. During the visit, Mr. Owcza was introduced to our work at Al Saraya Center, and many topics concerning Jerusalemites' situation, and societal change were discussed.
